What we do with your details.
What we collect
Only what you send us: your name, email, phone number and request through the contact form, and your CV and details through the careers form. The site itself sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
What we use it for
To answer you and arrange what you ask for. Requests are kept in R3's own booking system; applications go to our inbox. We do not sell your details or use them for anything else.
Who sees it
The R3 team, and the hotels, restaurants and operators we book for you, only as far as they need it to deliver what you asked for.
Your choice
Ask us to show, correct or delete what we hold about you at info@r3dmc.com and we will do it.
