What we arrange
Everything around the trip.
Seven things we are asked for every week, and how we go about each of them.
Stays
We book the hotel, and then we book the room: the floor, the view, the bed. Early check-in and late check-out are asked for in advance, not at the desk. For longer stays and larger groups, villas and chalets with staff.

Private aviation
Private jets with operators we trust, and first or business class when you fly commercial. Where the airport allows it, the car meets you at the aircraft and your bags never see a carousel.

Tables and access
Restaurants, beach clubs and nightlife in every city we work in. Fully booked is where we start. It does not always work, and when it does not, we come back with the next best table rather than an apology.

Yachts
From a sunset trip out of Dubai Marina to a week through the Greek islands or the Balearics. We choose the boat for the plan, arrange the crew, the route and the food, and meet you at the dock.

Cars and chauffeurs
Airport transfers, chauffeurs by the hour or the day, and cars delivered to the hotel. The driver has the flight number, the bags are handled, and you are on the road before the engines have cooled.

Events and tickets
The Grand Prix in Abu Dhabi and Monaco, football in London and Madrid, Wimbledon, Ascot, the fashion weeks, concerts and the opera. Hospitality where it exists, and the best seats where it does not.

Celebrations and gifts
Birthdays, anniversaries and proposals, arranged down to the flowers. We send gifts and flowers to rooms and homes, plan the surprise, and make sure nobody gives it away.

- The cake at the right table, at the right moment.
Everything else
Most requests are not on any list: a florist at midnight, a tailor before the wedding, a birthday cake in another city. Ask.
