We are looking for an HR Officer with at least 3 years of HR experience in the UAE.

The role

R3 Private Concierge is a private concierge company in Dubai. Our team is growing and we need an HR Officer to handle recruitment, onboarding, visas and payroll input.

You need HR experience in the UAE, but this is not a senior or head of HR role. You work directly with the management.

The work

What you will do.

  1. 01Recruitment: job posts, shortlists, interviews and offers.
  2. 02Onboarding: contracts, residence visas, Emirates ID, labour cards and medical insurance.
  3. 03Track visa, Emirates ID, labour card and insurance expiry dates and handle renewals on time.
  4. 04Prepare the monthly payroll input (WPS) with Finance: new joiners, leavers, leave, overtime and deductions.
  5. 05Keep employee files, leave records and HR policies up to date and in line with UAE labour law.
  6. 06Answer the team's HR questions.

You

What you bring.

  • At least 3 years of HR experience in the UAE.
  • Experience with MOHRE, residence visas and WPS payroll.
  • Good knowledge of UAE labour law.
  • Good English. Arabic is a plus.
  • You handle salary and personal information confidentially.
  • You already live in the UAE.

A plus

  • Experience in hospitality or travel.
  • Experience with HR or payroll software.
