The role

R3 Private Concierge is a private concierge company in Dubai. We have our own cars and drivers for airport transfers and chauffeur services. We need a Transport Coordinator to plan the rides, find drivers, take care of the cars and arrange extra services for our clients.

You work together with the person who runs our transport today. Clients arrive at all hours, so early mornings, late evenings and some weekends are part of the job.

The work

What you will do.

  1. 01Plan the daily rides: airport transfers, chauffeur services and day trips.
  2. 02Assign and brief the drivers, and update them when plans change.
  3. 03Find drivers and partner transport companies when we need extra cars.
  4. 04Take care of the cars: service, maintenance, inspections, registration, insurance and fines.
  5. 05Record each ride in our system with times, kilometres and costs.
  6. 06Arrange extra services for our clients, such as child seats, meet and greet at the airport and last-minute changes.

You

What you bring.

  • At least 2 years of experience in transport or fleet coordination in the UAE, for example at a limousine company, a hotel or a DMC.
  • A valid UAE driving licence.
  • Good knowledge of Dubai's roads, airports and hotels.
  • You stay calm and organised when plans change.
  • Good English. Other languages are a plus.
  • You already live in the UAE.

A plus

  • Experience with VIP clients.
  • Knowledge of RTA rules for limousine services.
